(SEIC)

SEIC (SaddleBrooke External Affairs and Information Commission) is a joint HOA #1/#2 Commission created to help our community better understand those issues, developments and actions in our external environment that could potentially impact SaddleBrooke – either positively or negatively.

The Commission gathers information, monitors trends, and reports to the community about significant developments relating to:

Commercial and residential land development
Issues that could impact our community, including water, sewer, roads, utilities, fire, safety and security, zoning, health, recreation, and education.
Legislative activity on local, state and federal levels.
