Do you authorize the SaddleBrooke One Patrol to check on your house while you are away?
By checking the box labeled Yes below, I authorize the SaddleBrooke One Patrol to perform house checks on my property during the period (noted above) that I am away from SaddleBrooke.  I acknowledge that:
(a)  there are other options available to me to check my home including paid services; 
(b)  the house check performed by the Saddlebrooke One Patrol is a visual check and no guarantee is made regarding the security or safety of my house or personal property; 
(c) the house check is performed on a random basis with no guaranteed frequency of minimum number of visits during the time I am away; 
(d) at the discretion of the SaddleBrooke One Patrol, a physical on-lot inspection may or may not occur as part of the house-check procedure; and 
(e) Section 12.6 of the SaddleBrooke One CC&R's provides that the Association shall not be liable for any loss or damage by reason of failure to provide adequate security or the ineffectiveness of any security measures it undertakes.
I indemnify and hold SaddleBrooke One and its agents and assigns harmless, from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses arising from the house checks it is providing or any damage to my house or personal property that may occur during the period of absence noted above.
