Summary of Position: Reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave. Bussers are responsible for supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables. Principal Responsibilities: • Any and all reasonable request made by management • Employees are our ambassadors of the Food & Beverage Department • Knowledge of all menu items and the ingredients • Communicate to the immediate managers all situations both positive and negative regardless of severity • Responsible for scheduled shift • Stocking supplies (coleslaw, dressings, condiments, serving utensils) • Continuous cleaning of work areas and all areas in the clubhouse and clubhouse grounds • Perform and complete daily side work • Communicate with co-workers any specials or if anyone may needs assistance • Exhibit a positive and team work ethic • Learn and utilize service industry standards • Attend daily pre-shift, mandatory, and monthly safety training meetings • Must always be attentive to designated server, host/hostess, managers and bartenders • Responsible for the final presentation of the food being served ( i.e. Plate edges are clean, the food is prepared as stated by the menu description and/or any changes printed on the ticket, the hot food is hot and cold food is cold) • Ensures the food is served to the proper guest in a timely manner • Other daily duties includes the organization of the linen, dry storage and maintenance of the serving trays • Assists all servers with their food orders.
POSITION PURPOSE: Performs routine manual labor tasks related to the maintenance of tees, greens, fairways, roughs, landscape areas and cart paths. Performs semi-skilled construction and maintenance work and operates hand-held landscaping tools. Occasionally will operate large equipment such as tractors, loaders and larger mowers.
DESCRIPTION: The Janitorial Department is charged with keeping the SaddleBrooke HOA#1’s public facilities clean and sanitary. A Janitor must be able to perform his or her duties with minimal supervision and have the strength and stamina for sustained walking, standing and lifting. Janitors work in the public areas and offer assistance to the general public and residents when necessary. The position of janitor is an hourly position where hours are subject to change according to the needs of the Association. A Janitor must be flexible to work different work shifts. Work shifts may encompass days, nights, weekends and holidays. A janitor will perform duties as requested by the Janitorial Manager, Operations Manager or the General Manager.
Position Summary: Responsible for daily preparation of food items in the broiler, sauté or other stations and areas of the kitchen as assigned.
As a member of the Patrol team you work 8 hour shifts 24/7, 365 days a year to provide for the Safety and security of all SaddleBrooke One residents and guests. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner when on duty. Enforce the community rules and regulations. Stay current, knowledgeable and capable of demonstrating the operation of all patrol equipment. Work all three-regular patrol shifts and on weekends and holidays. Attend and participate in all scheduled patrol meetings and training sessions.
Position Purpose: To greet, assist, and ensure that Saddlebrooke's residents receive the best possible service. Principal Responsibilities: Knowledge of all menu items and the ingredients. Stocking supplies (tea bags, sweeteners, coffee etc.). Continuous cleaning of work areas and all areas in the clubhouse and clubhouse grounds. Posses the ability to take orders, up-sell, and enter items correctly in the POS system. Perform and complete daily side work. Setting tables correctly and efficiently. Communicate with co-workers any specials or if anyone may needs assistance. Update the expediter and/or the kitchen staff on any changes to any orders in a timely manner. Exhibit a positive and team work ethi. cLearn and utilize service industry standards. Communicate with managers, MOD, if ticket times appear to be longer than they should. Assist other service staff when possible. Assure that all tickets are paid in a correct form( credit, house account, or check)
