Architectural and Landscape Committee

To assist and advise the General Manager and the Board of Directors in establishing and/or modifying effective Architectural and Landscaping Guidelines and enforcement procedures, as authorized by Section 3 of the Association’s CC&Rs, and to ensure that all alterations and improvements to homeowner Lots and Association properties and facilities comply with established guidelines.
