March 10, 2019
The 2018 Annual Mailing has gone out, which includes a green HUD Form to be completed and returned to the Administration Office. This form is required by HUD to be completed every 2 years to maintain our status of an Age-Restricted Community. Thank you to all residents for returning this form and helping us to keep our current status. We are at 73%, but still haven't reached the required 80%. Please keep them coming.
