All email for the Board of Directors should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Email sent to this address will go to all Board members. Emails may also be sent to individual Board members for a more private dialogue.
Board members' phone numbers are listed as a courtesy. Please limit your calls to between the hours of 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
If needed, the Board of Directors will schedule a Work Session (2pm**) on the 2nd to the last Thursday of the month in the Coyote Rooms. The monthly Board of Director's meeting (2pm) is held on the last Thursday of the month, in the Coyote Rooms (April, November & December are exceptions in 2019.)
** Executive Sessions (this meeting is closed to residents and the public as outlined under A.R.S. 33-1804) are held in the Administration Conference Room, for
1) Legal advice from an attorney for the Board or Association;
2) Personal, health and financial information, about an individual member of the Association, an individual employee of the Association or an individual employee of a contractor of the Association.
